At the B&B Vento di Rose reigns supreme stillness and the rythms of life slow down as you can easily imagine. You can rest and begin your day cuddled by the perfumes and the flavours of breakfast/bruch, different every day, rich with many sorts of jam, home made cakes and cookies, honey, yogurth, fruit, omelettes, flans, "bruschette", buns, local ham, salami and cheese.
Then, in a soft windy atmosphere, you can prepare tour picnic hamper, while chatting, relaxing on a hammock deciding what to do: a relaxing bath in the
Jacuzzi, a "Marche" cooking lesson, a shiatsu massage or a working with clay lesson.
If you are fond of painting, photography or birdwatching you can find in the quiet panoramic atmosphere of the Vento di Rose the ideal scenery.
Otherwise, if you prefer more dynamic activities, you can walk or bike along the many paths winding in the surrounding country.
There is a very suggestive 2 kilometers path from the B&B leading inside the walls of the two medieval villages of Monterubbiano and Moresco, from where you can enjoy wonderful views. Monterubbiano is a delicious ancient village, where in 1490 the famous painter Vincenzo Pagani was born and worked. Here in Monterubbiano during Pentecost period they perform the holy and profane feast of "Scio` la Pica" whose origin dates back in sping piceni rituals. It is full of romanic-gothic churches, a jewish ghetto born in 1200, pieces of medieval walls and doors, the wonderful Pagani Theatre and the interesting museums of San Francesco.
Moresco, which is a marvellous tiny village, lays around its medieval castle (little beauty of the Aso valley). With its huge defense and lookout towers it seems a sentinel guarding the surrounding country. From the top of the epthagonal tower dating back to the 1100 and 25 meters high the views go from Conero mountains to the Gran Sasso mountains.
People who like sports can play tennis in the clay court in Moresco or they can train in the fitness centre of Comunanza or they can play golf in the near Golf Club or even ride a horse for short strolls or long excursions in the nearby riding centre, or go fishing in the fishing lakes in Piane di Moresco, or participate to the inshore fishing with a private boat.
For people who prefer country life every season has its own particular moments we like best. In spring there is the wild asparagus and the wild herbs picking in the house olive grove.
During summer you can smell the intense perfume of lavender elating the air with its ears which becomes scented bunch for the clothes.
During autumn you can join to the olive harvest, in order to produce our oil.
